How d'ya make animation GIFs?

Ive seen em' on loadsa sites made from drawings made in paint etc,so how do ya make them? :-12:

Ok first of all make each frame of ya animation in paint or summat.
Then search for and download "Animagic32"
Put all the pics into animagic , save and taadaa! all the pics play one after the other , thus, making an animation!
