I totaly agree with the sticky about hydration. I'm not sure if anyones said this yet but i think this should be added if it hasn't. One thing thats important about hydration is that you drink water/gaterade/powerade ect. So you should probobly drink water 3 days before an activity for more energy to pull off those final tricks you think your too tired to do =D

Haha I'm just like serously way off topic but my friends giving me one of his decks and hes been skating for a while so it should be nice and I'm very excited but the thing is I can't even get in the air with a board... I've tried help would be -Greatly- appreaciated
