Is this a very good deck maybe because I am new to this and I have a friend who is going to teach me and I like this deck so I thought I would see what you guys thought before I did nething. Thanks!

I wouldn't go for an element board, but that's entirely your decision. I'm not at the level yet where the specific quality of a pro board would matter much. BTW theres a great thread on decks at the top of the Reviews section. You should check there.
