Which Deck

What is a good deck that has good flippage (don't know if thats a word) and doesnt chip or lose pop. is there any deck that happens to have all of those? i have a flip but it doesn't have very good "flip".

Shorty's have good pop, but they chip after a while of skating, the concave is alright could be deeper to help with the flip speed.
