Cruising Wheels

I am wondering how big of a wheel I could fit on my skateboard without getting wheel bite or risers. If it helps, my board has steep concave and I ride my trucks loose (I tighten the nut as far as I can with my hand, then 1/4 of a turn with a wrench). Here are the trucks I currently have: Destructo Mid Silver Trucks 7.5" (http://www.activemailorder.com/Catalog/category.aspx?j~&cp=1&ct=2&sc=3&sm=-1&br=9&pr=494&bx=1&px=1&at=-1&bi=0) I want to put some Ricta 78's 56mm or 60mm if possible.

IMO 60mm wheels and lose trucks is a recipe for wheel bite, especially if you don't use risers. It's all personal preference, but I wouldn't even consider a wheel under 60mm for cruising; taller wheels roll longer than smaller wheels, which is ideal for cruising.
