not really, mongoose pro bikes are like mediocre in my opinion, if i were you i would get these:

DK Cincinnati 2007- $240.00

DK Eight pack- $250.00

Dk General Lee- $230.00

in my opinion those are some good bikes, not the best, but for your price range, its good.

I would stay away from Haro completes. The parts they come with aren't that good. Those DK's are good choices, especially if your a beginner.

im getting a haro for christmas, its the F-1 or F-2, and its a pretty good bike, i'll only use to ride it lik to skateparks with friends, but i was thinking that would it be a good bike to use for dirt ramps? i ride motocross and i hav a whole course, could i use it for that?

Yeah man you can use that kind of bike on everything. It might not have as much grip as it has on the street but it will work.
