Can some one help?

Well, I was skating home from school today and i heard this real wierd noise. I picked up my board and was expecting the worse. But i dont know how bad it is. The covering for my bearings on just one whel is stil on but it hangs ou of the wheel when i spin it.
1. How can i fix this?

And my bearings are dry, and make a noise when i free spin em.
2. What can I use to lube em up?

Meh, I would just take the cover off and spray some WD40 in that bearing. They are so ****ing far gone though. Just pay 15 bucks for a set of Bones Reds.

If you really want to clean them well, though it is pointless, soak them in rubbing alcohol or gasoline, take them out, and spin the bearing so the dirt comes out. Repeat till they are clean. Then, with some Bones Speed Cream, apply a couple of drops to the bearing balls, and spin the bearing to work it in.

ah! mine did that awhile ago, and i did what you ^^^^^^^ just said, and eventually all the bearing balls just came out and i had nothing but the outer ring was left in the wheel, and so now not only do i need a new wheel, but a new bearing also, cause' its stuck in there at the moment, it sux.
