I just found the perfect 4 set I could ever find, it was really cold out and I wanted to land it. I've only been doing 3 sets, since it's all I could find. And when I tried to ollie it the first try, I was only getting a feel for it. I wasn't scared, so I went and tried it again. I landed on my board the second try, but I landed on my tippy toes in a awkward way and the board flipped down from me landing on my tippy toes and on the edge of it. I landed hard back onto the ground somehow, now my right knee hurts and my ancle hurts a little bit...

I was so angry, because my leg hurt.. but I don't see how it could of hurt.. are my legs weak, because of the way I landed, or the cold? It's been 3 days, and I've been trying to skate, but after 10 minutes the pain comes back in my knee. It's only going to be warm in one more day, and I want to land it clean so bad before it's cold.

If my legs are weak, I won't try it and I'll keep doing the 3 set, but do they hurt because of the way I landed? Or should I keep at the 4 set...

don't give up, bro and unless you have pencil legs you're legs are not weak. you just need to try and land more centered on the board. evaluate how you ollied and landed and and see what mistakes you made, focus on correcting them, and just go for it. good luck!

Do it again.
When I don't land something 'well', it kills me.

I didn't exactly land it, my feet were on the board but they were on the edge and the board flipped and somehow now my left knee hurts when I skate. I don't know how it could of.
