alright, i'm completely satisfied with my accels, but lately in like the area under my big toe the shoe starts losing grip fast and eventually rips through. is there any way to fix this because that is the main reason why i am going through shoes so fast.. i mean it used to be the toe cap but now its the bottom..
help would be appreciated as always

It sounds to me like your mobbing your flip tricks. Stop that and it will be the toecap not the bottom ripping.

Instead of flicking off the nose you flick straight back. [mobbing]

its part of skating broha
i push with my whole foot, rather than the tip to even out the wear. and in terms of your flicking foot digging it in to the grip before you pop is natural, so eventually it will wear down. i doubt you're mobbing.

nono you dont understand i've been skating for 5 years i know this stuff happens but i just got these shoes and its like an immigrant coming to america they're all excited and everything is amazing and im all excited cause i hear good things about accels and the bottom is ripping through already after like about 2 months i mean even my osirises lasted me longer than this.
and when i said i dont follow i mean i dont understand what mobbing means.

Mobbing is flicking down instead of out. That's probably not why it's happening though. I'd say what you should do is stick some shoe goo on there and keep skating ;)

thats what i was thinking, but id have to put it under the sole, because i tried doing it directly on the bottom it just comes off as one big piece.. now where is that shoe goo?
anyway, i'm definantly not "mobbing" i've been skating for 5 years im pretty sure i know how to do flip tricks the right way.

you have to put a lot of shoe goo on it to repair the bottom of the shoe, and let it sit for awhile before skating it again. (1-2 days)

yawn! different shoe use different types of compond for the soles. some are softer and some are hard. softer type wear out quickly. i had that problem with my crica. they flet awesome to skate. but wore a hole in the sole.
i bet it's your lead foot that has more of wear on it..!

alright i goo'd the parts on my shoe that are wearing out on the bottom, and i'll see what happens. if the shoe goo comes off again im gonna try gooing under the sole, that should do the trick, if gooing the bottom doesnt.

Well, if they are lasting you two months I would say thats a good amount of time. Your style is probably changing, you use more of the bottom of your foot. I dont really know how shoogoo would help the grip if there isnt any on the bottom of your toe. It would just wear away. For a short while accels and accelerates would have the soles fall out of the shoe. That could be temp fixed by goo but not for too long.

Just take some extra grip from when you grip your board and cut it to fit your shoe. Then stick it on your shoe. Great grip + shoe protection. You also don't have to go out and buy anyshoe goo.

Supras = sweet.
Expensive though. The circa fusion grip holds up really well, I was suprized. Too bad their shoes suck for skating.
