you cant do ramped slow mo's in premiere, the only programs you can are adobe after effects and final cut pro

well, i go to where i want the rapmed slow mo to start, then use the razor tool to split, and then again where i want it to end, then, i go every like, 10th of a second and then split each one and then make the first one 90% speed, the second 80% and so on untill i get to 50 %, then i go back up, you can see the problem in the first post (i left a video)
thanks ahead of time!
