Guitar advice

I'm considering buying an Ibanez RG3EX1 for 350$
Does anyone know if its a good guitar or what a better one in the same price range would be?

Tell you the truth no guitar is really "better" than another. I have an Ibanez and its pretty well made. I can't and nobody will be able to tell you if you like the guitar so...... Go to your local guitar place and play every guitar there eventually you will have to find something you like.

HoW is right. The best quality guitar won't please you if it doesn't feel right in your hands. Try some different makes & models out at your local music store and see what size neck, body shape & weight feels best to you...then worry about which guitar to buy.
