i compress them and there in ppl form how do i change them

you obviously haven't compressend them, you've just saved the timeline. You have to go to file | export timeline | movie. NOw adjust the options and click ok. Also, instead of clicking "Movie" you may want to use "Save for Web" and use the wizard.
