when I push my board forward, it turnes to one side, I have re adjusted the trucks and loosened and tightened screws but I cant figure it out, it is only a cheap board. Does it need new trucks or is there something I'm doing wrong?

Tighten the king pin itself. That may solve your problem.

If thats the big screw in the middle that doesnt work, if its not where is it?

Yes, it's the the large in the middle. What do you mean "It doesn't work" ?

It hasnt effected the way it rides.

You've probably got a lean. Turn your board over and look at the tucks. Are they horizontal or slightly angled. Just put a bit of pressure on the other side to even it out. Try riding it the other way around too.
