Any underground British hip hop.
To bad Lady Sovereign blew up.
Pretty much anything by Atmosphere is amazing. Though "You Can't Imagine How Much Fun We're Having" was less then steller. The song "Daylight" by Aesop Rock is wicked too. Most east coast underground is good. Oh, and Classified (sure he's had a couple of hits, but you gotta check out the rest of his songs. Shit's tight. NS represent).

-Bird Sings Why The Caged I Know, Atmosphere
-Daylight, Aesop Rock (check out Nightlight too)
-Orphanage: Sage Francis, Atmosphere, Aesop Rock, Eyedea, Illogic, Blueprint (bootlegged radio freestyle. Little radio distortion, but it's all good. Oh, dial up people, it's 50 minutes long).

That is quite possibly the furthest thing from underground hip hop besides G-Unit.
