you need a posotive frame of mind
If your getting hyped to pull it of the loading dock but u keep thinking "**** dude im gunna wreck" then you will concentrate more on falling off and getting ready to bail then actully landing or flipping the trick.

Just think to your self "Tre flip" and keep thinking that all the time dont think of falling just htink "Tre Flip" and go for it man!

Just ride up to it n Flip it bro put all your effort into it n u will soon land it :)

it's a mind game, that you will at some point figure out. i generally don't skate drops, but when i can't commit, i just say i will, and i just do somehow. i started off saying to myself "i swear to god that i will commit this try" and it worked. it's really just a placebo. at since i swore to god, i think that karma will kick me in the ass if i don't actually commit, therefore i do commit. eventually, if this does work, you will know the feeling of how to commit, and you won't even have to swear to god anymore. it works. or, at least it did for me. try it.

Yep, it's mind over matter. Also, watching a video with someone like Bryan Herman or P-Rod in it will get you vibed to commit.
