Bad trucks?

I'm not going to beat around the bush. I'm a rather large guy (about 280 lbs) and I've bought two skate boards and each time the metal on the trucks have broken off leavin the board unrideable. The boards I've bought were $20 and $30 so is it that the boards are just cheap or am I doomed to a life of truck breaking because I'm fat?

decks come in all shapes sizes widths variations.its all about choosing one for you.id reccomend a smaller wider board so youcan put more pressure on a trick.Gaood Luck Friend

yeah it's not about your weight, also if the board was cosr $20 to $30 i don't think it would be exactly a strong board, when i started i kept breaking the axel off my trucks, then i got a decent pair, just shop around.
