uh yea so on my nollie flip when i flip it i wind up kicking the board away. or my poping foot doesnt come up enough, or just stupid stuff like that. Can anyone tell me how to fix some of the problems?

When I was kicking it away, I realised that it wasn't the kick, it was the pop. The pop is more of a scoop. You have to push it forwards instead of just popping straight down.

alright, the scooping tip really helped i can pretty much get it with me now, except my poping foot doesnt come up higher then the board to catch it, how could i fix this?

Try Popping The Nollie, Getting The Flip Then Sucking Your Feet Up And Putting Your Shoulders Square With The Board. Im Working On Them Too
