If you want to pump yourself up and want metal, try Manson (cheezy lyrics, but "Fight Song" always gets me going). Try older angry rap, like DMX or, can't believe I'm saying this, Eminem.

Mastodon is pretty sweet but I dont know about them being good pump up music. Out of blood mountain though I would say Sleeping Giant or Hand of Stone are the most "pump up" ish.
