Curved or flatfooted?

Does it realy matter if your curved or flatfooted? i'm flatfooted will that effect my skating in any way?

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Curved like your foot is curved from the toe up to the middle and back to the heel? Cause' I have never heard of someone skating like that.

i think hes talking about the bottom of your foot some peoples are flat. don't think it would affect your skating though at least i don't think it will.

Maybe he's talking about the concave. Wal-Marts are flat and real decks are curved. I this it's unhealthy to have no arch in your foot.

I'm flatfooted and its makes you suck at most things i hope it wont affect my skating much it also makes it harder to skate with a deeper concave.

Most people have an arch, but some people have actually completely flat feet, and have to wear special insoles because it hurts to wear some shoes.

I'm not sure about skating, i guess just try it out?

My feet are as flat as a piece of wood......my feet hurt quicker after skating than most people...im bow-legged too...that sucks lol.

well it sometimes can effect you if your going to skate ALOT cause its sorta harder to walk alot for you flatfoots

..but dont think its gonna affect ur skatin much cause your wearing shoes that r prob flat like everyone one who isnt lame that rides skateboards

I had a Physio say i was flat-footed, never really got it checked out in much detail (The physio appointment was something unrelated) and i don't have any special soles. But i do notice my feet seem to get skating pretty quick, same goes for most sports and running. I just try to ignore it.

Dude, I'm flatfooted too and I skate just as well as everybody else. Don't worry about it.

my mum is flatfooted and it gives her grief sometimes when she's walking but it depends how bad it is i suppose.
