Should I be working on these. I got my varial flip down good, so I am thinking that it is only 180 more degrees. why not learn 'em? Is the 180 degree really that much harder or is it not too hard? My question to you is should I start working on them now, and if so any tips?

No. Learn 360 shuvits first.
Also, Tre Flips are about 9000X harder than Varial Kickflips.

360 flips is a nice trick to learn..its not incredibly hard if you have varial flips good but you still shouldn't underestimate it..its up to you to learn them, just do what you what and what is fun.

Inward heels.
Get your kickflips and heelflips down stairs now.
Also, if you are learing tres than you should bump up to intermedite in skate.
IMO

No becasue in intermediate skate they do nollie flips and stuff. I can barely flip a nollie kickflip.

If i was just starting out skating and had the knowledge i had now i would simply learn everything you just learned in switch. It'll benefit you so much.
Also, you may need to grow a bit to be able to spin the whole tre with control. Im not taking the piss or anything.

Yeah you kindof need to be a bit bigger to do them and make them look good. When little kids or small people do them it looks like shit because little kid style butchers them (nooffence). Give it a little while. Varial flips and tre flips are different. Nothing the same about them truely. Like dave said, learn switch. Get more constistant with your tricks. Don't rush.

Like if you skate everyday, then just go for em. But you should be doin stuff down stairs and stuff. Just go wit some bromies and skate town or something like evryweek then youll progress.

I was just over my friends house (the 3 that i was with are better then me, one is just AMAZING) and I ollied his 5 with ease, and I alos nose grabbed it. I also got my 180 flips in a game of skate. It was fun. I am working on nollie/switch tricks and stuff down MY 5 too now. His 5 is funner, but I wont be over his house everyday so i'll use mine. I can do grabs down it, get a clean ollie, and I'm working on 180s. Kickflip down it is hard.
So I see Crazy_Dave's, Skizzate's, and everyone elses point and will wait a bit before I give these a go. Thanks for the help and stopping me from doing something that can mess my skate trick life up.
EDIT: and alos crayzlou, I definetly skate everyday.

My two cents, go for them man. You'll get them, they'll look horrible but as your grow, your style improves, and your ollies get higher; they will look nice.
For me trying to learn a new tricks takes a lot of time and every day that passes and you still haven't landed the trick is another day where you have at least improved that much. Remember everyone learns tricks at a different speed. Go skate and have fun while you learn something new. Also tres are soo sexy. Should be in everyone's book.

For a tre flip you use your back foot more than your front foot so variel flips are a lot different to tre flips.
You scoop using your back foot and just give it a wee flick with your front foot, enough to give it a flip.

Good decision! Serisouly though, if you wanna be a decent skater, you gotta have switch and reg as good as each other. I really only started skating switch properly in the last year. I wish i'd started earlier. I managed to switch ollie a 6 foot ledge yestarday though. That was fun.

Since youre not very big, if you want to try tre's try them fakie, they spin alot easier.
But I'd say work on some more regular and switch before tre's.

They're unimaginably harder than varial flips. But still, go for it.

That's strange. Well most of the time i have seen people learn 360 flips and it kind of takes the place of their varial flips, they seem to put their feet in the wrong place just out of habit. I don't know your problem specificly, but i'm just assuming that is what's wrong.
I had a problem with my varial flips not too long ago because of my foot placement. I kept puting my feet like i would a 360 flip and had to force myself to keep my feet in the right place. Just mess around with foot placement and the angle of your front foot, and like at least one person says in every thread...practice.
