Can someone give me tips on the transition to putting your front foot on the ground while grabbing the nose?

I can do it fine motionless, but I'm having some trouble doing it while moving.

dnt grab the actual nose! Grab it just before where the nose begins, lyk a mute grab. Pop put down ur foot and use tht to give ur pop more momentum. and yeah practise... u'll get the timing in the end.

frikin right.. i love bonless.. its the easiest thing ever.. when your rideing have your back foot on the last bolt and part of the tail. that way youll get a little pop and when you grab, grab between the middle of the board and the trucks. use yoru thumb to keep the board anchored to your feet and use yoru front foot to launch yourself. make sure you grab toe side with your back hand... thats how your supposed to do it although i see kids doing it with there front hand and all....
