Another Kickflip Question

When you go to flick your front foot do you flick across and around the board or do you flick towards the heel of your front foot?

I sorta kickflip in a diagonal direction out. Just hit the other kickflip related threads. Its frustrating. I'm trying to learn switch flips and it gets annoying. But if you keep at it you will most likely land it. Hit the boards and have fun skating.

basically your front foot should never be under the board, unless your doing double flips or triple flips, but thats a different trick.
