Well, this trick is probably the most hardest beginner trick to learn in all of skateboarding. The kickflip. All you gotta do is practise alot. Read the other kickflip related threads and try to do what they are trying to tell you to. To get the flick, I just ollie and drag my foot like sort of out of the sweet spot (the corner where the deck goes up, if you know what i mean) then it flicks and im in the air on top of the board and catch it when it does a flip then land it and roll away. If you still can't get the flick right, think of ways to land it. Make sure you stay calm and keep on practising. Only time will tell when you land a perfect or first kickflip but the moment you do, you will be as happy as larry. Dont get frustrated. I'm still trying to perfect my kickflips. Hopefully this advice will become helpful towards you. Good luck!

try bringing your foot lower hang it off a small bit more and flick off the side it takes a looong time so keep at it the more your practice like that the easier it gets the you raise your foot higher then get it to the right position just remember to fli off the side give it more rotation also bend your foot so you can flick and learn it moving
