noseslide kickflips?

how come whenever i try to attempt a noseslide and then kickflip out, the board goes down faster than me, which makes it look bad. what should i do

Pop out better. Err well, let the nose down just enough and seriously just slam that shit as good as you can. Just practise really. Sooner or later you will get the hang of them. Maybe go for tailslide kflip out.
