Im afraid i might harm the trucks if it's too loose.

Just make sure the nut cannot vibrate off of the kingpin.

If i loosen the trucks, the wheels are suppose to spin faster when i turn it right? Cause when i first got the board, the wheels didn't spin for long

i don't believe the looseness of your trucks would have anything to do with how fast your bearings spin. however, if they are going slow, it could be that the truck axle bolts are too tight against the wheel, so you can just slightly loosen the bolt so the bearings have more space to spin. or, you could just break the bearings in if that isn't the case.

ok i think i got my trucks the way i want it now. My wheels don't seem to spin at the same rate. There's one wheel that would spin longer and faster, while the other ones don't spin as fast and longer. I didn't do anything to the wheels. Is there anyway to make the wheels spin faster? If i keep skating, will the wheels spin faster because when i first got them, they spinned really slow.

its ok if one wheel spins slower than the others, it may never even out but it wont make a difference when you are riding, and your bearings will gradually be broken in as you skate them more, and they will most likely spin a little faster.

ah ok, cause when i push the board, it don't seem to go far by itself. And it takes quite a few pushes to go down a block. Is that normal?

it could be one of many reasons. it could be that you are a beginner and aren't very good at gaining speed easily, it could be the terrain, or it could be your bearings/wheels. what bearings and wheels do you have?
