I dare you to do a varial kickflip down it. Infact if you land that I suggest you treflip it, and then 360 shuvit it and varial heel flip it. Just kidding. Learn at your own pace. Good luck.

He means that you push the board down to flip it. If you watch the slow motion version you can see that your front foot flicks the board down. Now if you watch a pro kickflip you will see that they flick there foot to the side a little more, thus allowing the board to rise.
