Hi again! I just got a new blank skateboard. I've been useing a toys r' us board for the last few months and I got down some basic moves.

heelflip, ollie, pop-suv it, 50-50, board slides, droping-in, etc.

but when I tryed out my new board I couldn't do any of those moves! I know it's not me because I can do them on my other board, whats the problem!? is it because my boards really grippy? if it is, how do I fix it? will it go away after I ware the board in? whats the probelm? please help me!
thanks.

It's most likely because the shapes of the decks are very different, so it doesn't feel regular. After a while, you'll get used to your new board and start landing your tricks. I got my Black Label around christmas and just recently got used to the shape.

It's called:
The Break In Proccess, And Can Take Anywhere From A Few Days To A Month. Just Ride Around And Get Used To Your Board. Wal-Marts Suck And Are Very Misleading.

Hey dude, i feel for you - i bought a $2 board off my mate - it is great *eh* *eh*. However i managed to get used to ollies, manuals and bombing hills on it. I agree that a new board is really hard to get used to - when i tried ollies on my mates board i snapped myself.

- keep trying son!!!
