I was just wondering if I could get a longboard and some bigger wheels and just interchange those with my complete. Would it work well and has anyone done this? Thanks.

Spanky speaks the right! It depends on how tall the wheels on the longboard are, and if they're taller than probably a 60mm, risers get the nod.
If you can wing it in the pocketbook, have your longboard for mega-cruising and "regular" board for general riding. That is, unless you like to cruise in general. If so, the longboard might be just what you need.

Thanks, yeah i have a pair of 1/8 riser pads i probably need another 1/2. Yeah I like to cruise but I also like to skate the way I do now but I want to be able to interchange depending on what I feel like doing and I'm trying to go the cheap way lol. So regular street trucks will be fine (Krux downlows so I probably need more than 2 riser pads)

Just get the shortys dooks riser pads. There pretty big. If you need bigger than that then idk anything besides putting 2 together.
