GSB Day is June 21st, are any of you actually going to round up some skaters and do this? Nobody around here knows it, so I'm going to have to post up fliers so we can all meet up at my apartment complex.

Then I'm going to have a special route that has all smooth roads or something. Hopefully it works for me.

both. people love the idea of go skateboarding day, especially because in the major cities like nyc there are so many people skating the streets and stuff that the cops really can't do much, and kids get so motivated from it people start landing stuff, and it's just a great day.. i have school on go skateboarding day tho, but only for one more year.

some day i wanna see what nyc is like on go skateboarding day. but for now, i'm not gonna join the crowd of like 100,000 people in nyc on go skateboarding day.

wow. thats alot of people. all the skaters in my town would fill up maybe the local skate park. so, it wouldnt work where i live.

as much as i love New York City, i wouldnt want to go there on Go Skateboarding Day, it would be way too crowed to skate, but it would still be a good experience to hang out with thousands of skaters around the country

Haha notice how there were less people in the Montreal, Canada scene then there were in all of the other ones. Around my area, GSD goes unnoticed. It's not really illegal to skate in Canada but it would be nice if there was a giant skate comp or party on that day.

I skate every day, but the thought of going skating on this day is just unreal. I remember as a little kid seeing the parade of skaters go by when I lived in NYC.

After 9/11 though we moved to gay Florida, but it is here when I learned to skate. I definitely am attempting to make this work.

wow port saint lucie my grandma lives down there. i go there pretty much every summer. r there any good skate spots down there cause ive never bothered to look lol

Yeah man, there is this one veterans memorial place. It is so nice.
It has a 2 step, 3 step and 4 step, with some rails. I think it is kind of messed up that I'm skating on graves though, but, hey, they're dead. A cop also patrols once every hour and a half, we timed it.

Other than that, its great!


P.S. I can only Ollie the two set, so it isn't that mush use to me. =(

In my town, go skateboarding day consists of 9 people and the same spots as usual. If we go elsewhere we get arrested.

I was at college for go skate day 06 but in 05 i was off school at the time so i went all the way down to this uber park by myself (mates where still in school) and was the only person in the entire park for 2 hours. So depressing. I got loads of free stickers though.
