i used to have like 4 cokes a day, and whatever other caffiene shit and it'd **** me up
if i didnt have a coke for 3 hours id shake like crazy and get headaches so now i dont drink any coke or caffiene

I quit drinking those in the summer. All they do is make your your body work harder to make it feel like you have more energy, so I felt like crap a few hours after.
