I haven't really seen any talk about fight or seen the dude post in awhile.. is the company still running? where did Dave go? (was dave his name...?)

I was wondering the same thing. Another thing I noticed is one of the new Alva boards has almost the exact same graphics as the "Warbird" did. WTF ?

yes i ride for fight! the company is still goin strong so everybody order away. his name is dan... and hes just been really busy working and he's also been pretty tied up with his new band. i guess we're down perez, but i've been goin broke hittin the parks 4-6 times a week and i'll be dropping a park montage pretty soon so look out for that.

I'm pretty sure they weren't trying to copy your design, but they were trying to copy the flying tigers from world war 2 or whatever. and I don't think it's really a reason to get mad.

Yeah, apparently people aren't aware that that graphic comes from the paintings on WWII planes...I seriously doubt that they were trying to copy the warbird deck and I don't think that that is a legit reason to sue

I see it like this. If T.A. was aware Fight was using that graphic and decided to use it anyway, that's not right. In fact that's ****ed up. If it was totally coincidental, well that's different. I think he should be made aware of said coincidence and see what he says. Infact, I may see him this Saturday at the "King of the Pit" contest at Pedlow. I'm gonna throw my Warebird in the car and take it just incase and show it to him.

that'd be sick if you saw alva and showed him the deck. then you can beat him with it, or like talk to him about it. ya know, whatever your feelin at the moment.
