Go to costco or some whole-sale place and buy a lot of blank shirts of whatever colour you want. Make a stencil out of a piece a aluminum and use some paint that won't wash off after repeated uses in the washer. You'll be able to use the aluminum stencil many times so you won't have to make a new stencil every time. How many shirts are you thinking of making? If you're just making a few, then the aluminum won't be neccisary.

Depends if you want it nice or not. Greenday's way will work, but not well.
If you have access at your school to screenprinting (usually a Design class will do that), contact the teacher and they will probaly help to make one. It will be near professional quality if done right. If not, you can buy iron on printing paper, use Greendays way, or go to a place that makes t-shirts and buy one.

Buy a tshirt, make the logo on your computer... print it out on iron-able transfer paper... and wala!

Or use Cafepress.com, you design the logo and were to put it, then they print it out when you buy it.

I know a cheaper way...

Turn your basement into a sweatshop, hire a few immagrants(preferably from Africa) and make them sew!

P.S.-if you get arrested, dont blame me.
