pop hard and slam a little to the right (if goofy. left if regular) of the center of the nose to make it flip well. Also, this trick tip (http://www.skateboarding.com/skate/video/0,23430,1575403-1276556,00.html) helped me out a lot. And i think that foot position is not a very important thing on this trick. and lean forward. hope that helps... good luck and dont get frustrated it takes a while to get.

I used to be able to do murder double flips. They feel really great and look awesome. I can't even get murder flips anymore though. I'm working on them now still. Great job man.
