*Beginner GOS 4*

Ok, so i have pmed Freaky Style about me starting this game, and he hasn't replied, however according to Skatinkrazy once you start a game u dnt need to ask permission twice so i hope im o, if not im osrry and you can delete the thread, but please dnt:)

OK so lets play S.K.A.T.E, here are the rules:
1.Tricks must be Flatland
2.A trick must be done in either normal/fakie before it is done switch/nollie.
3. The base trick must be done before any variations. Eg a kickflip before a varial kickflip.
4.There are 5 slots availble, thefore six players overall
5. To validate the trick say : ramprage, or show a thumbs up.
6.To set a trick a player has 24 hours to set.
7.Matches must be within 48 hours.
8.Order of person who sets is decided by which place you get when you sign up.
9. Time will be run by GMT. Please take this into consideration if you are playing form other countries (which no doubt there will be), however i will let things slide if they are slightly late, but not by more than 12 hours.
10. You can use previous footage, from another GOS, if they have ramprage or the thumbs up in. However if u must use some other footage please notify me first.

Remeber S.K.A.T.E is just a friendly competetion and a way of trying things you may not have tried. Half the trick i noe are because of skate.
Also for those of you who havent seen any previous BGOS, please not you cannot be a total beginner, as the tricks do get slightly harder (just a warning:)).

The first five places will be determined by the first five people to match my set, which is a kickflip
I will post it up shortly, oh and please try use Youtube / Google Video if you can as i use mozilla and putfile and that doesnt show up. However you can still use other sites to host your videos.

haha blame it on me. It is just that when I asked a mod for permission to make my game he said sure, don't even bother asking. so I did. Then I got to make another. I'm sure freaky would be fine with it because we had our 2 games running for a bit now, but with his new thread perission is needed first I guess. Nah, that'd be pretty dumb in my oppinion. What happens when someone does a switch/nollie trick? He is too good, have him join the next elite game or intermidiate game.

As i deicided that the beginning of the game would be on the 6th. He was well aware of the deadline and he got kicked out off the game.you missed your deadline, and if i recall, you can win with the letter.
Also your set is wrong and you obviously didnt read the rules. Neither a Halfcab or a heelflip have been done yet so you cant set a half cab heel. The letter stays its not your set, Jcsethi sets and let the game continue on. This is the end of this issue.

Kickflip and bs 180 can now be done switch/nollie.

Also B/s flips and bs half cab flips are allowed (as these are variations of a bs 180 and a kickflip) and kickflip sex changes. Just thought id say so that people know, and hopefully you now understand when you can do certain tricks.

If je does not match this set, or post on this thread soon, i might consider whether or not he is playing. if that makes sense

The base trick must be done before any variations. Eg a kickflip before a varial kickflip.
So a shuv-it is the base trick then big spin is a variation of it

Yeh sorry but no fakie bigspins yet. It was an fs sshuvit not a bs shuvit. So a normal fs shuvit is the set. The whole point i made the rules is so everyone doesnt immeadiately start posting their best tricks. Especially as thiis is a beginner game. Set is F/S Shuvit . Btw Hardflips are allowed now just incase anyone wanted to know....

Bt CPM do u want the match's to have a POP in them or not?

that was like 90 degree rotation on the first one and the second one had major toe touch i dont know if those should be counted but if those are counted as the set then dont expect people to spin the full 180 clean. I think i might try to match it anyway cause im board

yhyh, as i sed i was in a hurry so i cudn get a decent one. The rotation must be more than 90. It should be more than halfway between 90 and 180. To be honest on the one where it look 90 its alot more but because my drive is sorta curved it dnt look that way.

Everyone calm down! It's a game. Btw i started tic tacing cause i was rolling fakie and was gonna fall off. Im not looking for perfect BS flip matches, so personally i dnt care that much, I'll hand out an extra day for everyone to match. McJesus especially and Skatinkrazy, i value your opinions but honestly by the looks of it, not many people here can do BS flips properly (including me) but are real close. So i dnt expect anyone to roll away for ages, if they get the flip close to 180, and can stay on the board it counts. After my set is over its up to them (the players) to improve the quality of the B/S Flips (including my self) and hoepfully next tym round the standard will be higher in whichever game. This game because is mostly about progression, (e.g. i cudnt do f/s pop shuvits) but this game then forces the player for the sake of competetion to attempt these tricks, and progress their skating and i hope everyone post up their best effort at the set (which in this case is getting the flip and landing it, not rolling away)
then i'll acept it. They progressed.

ok then you have two days Krinsky is in. Jcsethi, what i meant by that was that as long as ur getting the flip almost 180. But that flip was only 90 and i even sed earlier i was looking for more than 90. You still have time to rematch. There has to be a point where i just cant let it slide, i was prepared to let anybodys match who was over about halfway between 90 and 180, but yours didn't even make that. Your progressing just work on it abit more and you could come up with an acceptable match. I set the standards quite low for this match, but your match was beneath it. Try again, get more rotation and it should count
