Weight doesn't matter at all. I have a heavy setup and can ollie higher than most of the kids at the park,
Deck: Zoo York
Trucks: Independent, Krux, or Venture.
Wheels: Blanks
Bearings: Keep yours.
Hardware: Whatever
Griptape: Jessup

I never had a popwar but I no habitats have amazing pop and are nice and stiff and stay like that for pretty long.

i have a popwar right now. im not too pleased with it. ive had it for about a month or a month and a half and its pop is starting to wear down but not that much (im really hard on decks). the nose still has a lot of pop and i nollie a lot. my friends shop deck is doing better (popwise). mine is also a little on the heavy side. Out of those two i would go with habitat based on what ive heard.

^What adio said. If you want brand name wheels, bones and rictas are sick. And thunder makes great trucks too.

Independents are the way to go.
Bones STF or some blanks for wheels.
Habitat or AWS or DGK, something from Deluxe, DNA, or Kayo.
Your bones swiss bearings will be fine.
