K..i knew ud read it! Ne wayz i used to suck at skateboarding like getting air and staying out but my friend talked me into taking karate and since we have to do workouts it has helped me alot cause it keeps u in shape and keeps u flexable, and they like force u to do the work so you cant just say f*ck it and walk out. The only thing is that when ur in there dont push urself to hard cause im not skating cause of a pulled muscle from doing butterflies.
K..Yall prolly thought that was gay but i just thought id tell yall.

No actually, that's one of teh reasons I miss karate, the part that it keeps you in shape and flexable :D I don't really know why I quit...but yeah,

LOL I know, my instructor would kick anyones ass if they stepped out of line lol...one negative about it was I have a problem with pulling my groin and of course I dont wanna go half assed at karate so i go all out and once in a while i kick the wrong way or whatever and im out of commission for 2 weeks with a pulled groin >:-(

rob sluggo does gymnastics and weightliftin n stuff n he is so good at his backflips and his bails r cool

I wish I had still had my karate. I was a black belt but now I'm getting fat and slow. Oh well... I'm a black belt and I'm pretty proud I got that after spending 8 years doing karate.

maybe i should do karate i did kick boxing for about 2-3 months and then i got boring.

i do weighttraining. it really helps on bailing cuz it hurts less and you can tolerate more shock so its off to bigger sets.

hmm. . . i could do with more weight training for the muscle, but i can't feel pain. at all. unless it's a fairly deep cut. weird, huh?

I studied kenpo for 5 years, then the school shut down
I made it to 2nd degree black belt, and I was good, now I'm outta shape and lazy.

I took the traditonal style (Koren style) of Ta Kon Do (I don't even remember how to spell it it was so long ago) for about 5 years, then I moved and I couldn't find a place here that tought it, so I quit.

um i play sprots!!!um that sounded stupid,,,well anyways i'm teaching my 5 year old nephew how to skate and he take karate,he got a metal for breaking three boards doing three different moves,
