Signature Limits in place

We're enforcing signature limits effective right now.

Please take a minute to review your signature and make sure it follows the guidlines.

1) If your signature is using the size tag please remove it. No signatures can have front larger than the site. You can still use colours and stuff, that's fine.

2) Also the number of LINES of your signature is limited to 6.
Some people have quotes in their signatures that are 15 lines long, taking up to much room..

You should be able to say what you need in 6 lines.


Any members found to have SIZE or more than 6 LINES in their signatures, may have their signature edited by our staff or completely removed if its a mess of code... I just spent 5 minutes editing 1 persons signature because it was a big mess.

yeh i just realised that wen i was updating my sig. But why cant we quote in our sigs?

Because they take up to much room and some people had like 3 quotes in them.

I think we should be able to have like banners in our sigs. That would be really cool. But i'm ok with the signature rules. I jsut said the banner thing because sometimes I go on other forums and they all have banner. Note: This is only my suggestion and you can do whatever you guys want.:-3:

I don't really mind sigs/banners, but they do take up alot of space.

banners are a pain, take a long time to load - slowing down the speed of viewing the forums, and will be much more difficult to moderate and keep an eye on.

So definately no banners/images in sigs.

im sure an exception can be made if your sig actually serves a purpose.... just lower the size of INTERMEDIATE GOS 4
