i'm having trouble with my kickflip to indy. i kickflip and catch it with my back foot and miss the grab by like 6 inches or i catch it with my hand and my feet are hovering next to my board but i cant' put under me fast enough. should i try to catch with my feet then indy???????

yes. pop super hard and try to catch it with your feet at the same time your hand touches the board. then you can try to actually grab and put it underneath you. i think kickflip mutes are i little easier though, since the board can still be at an angle when you grab

are you doing these on a halfpipe? cuz if so, your gonna wanna sort of late flip it. and get a firm grab on it before you come back down. If doing them on flat, try going off a ramp. Kickflip, and grab it just as your catching it, not like the whole pro flick it out, then bring it under you, that won't work unless you get insane air. Just like aronsama said.

no they are not a propper kickflip indy is where you flip the board to your hand not kickflip then do a lil touch on the board as you land

no it's not on a vert ramp cuz i'm still working on ollieing off the vert.i was trying it off a 3ft kicker. i'll try that stuff but if i don't get it, it won't bother me cuz i'll just learn something else like flip boy said.
