dont focus on getting sponsored, if you can say that you aren't that good, then you aren't that good.

For the love of god, don't let sponsorship be on your mind. The ones who are sponsored don't want it. You will be discovered if you have talent. Just skate and have fun. Don't let money ruin it.

skating solely for the purpose of getting sponsored is stupid and worthless and you should get punched in the reproductive organs

So is trying to be Tim O'Conner.. haha just playing around.
Try getting sponsered by some of your friends. Go make a skate team, make fake stickers out of MS Paint, and just be cool, ya feel me brah?

I'd say your local shops are your best bet for an easy sponsor.

idk maybe it's just me but... what's the point of having an "easy" sponsor? i would definitely want to be stoked on my sponsors or are you just one of those kids who just like to say they have shit....

Yes, but only phonetically. Real words do help.

theres no point in even trying to get sponsored if you can admit your not that good at skateing. the sponsers will discover you if you get good enough! dont try to set out and skate for money, it ruins the purpose of skateing!

There's this kid Anthony, that used to live around my area. He moved a few weeks ago to NY, but I got the chance to skate with him once, and I didn't even know who he was at the time, but I knew he was good.

He was doing switch Hardflips, and Switch Tre's with his hands in his pockets. Whenever you have a conversation with some of the skaters around here, he always comes up. He's a legend around here.

He tried out for a sponsorship, and they said no. That gives my an idea of how hard it is.

yeah , skatings for fun and not sponsorship , you ' re not getting anywhere if you are callin' yourself " not that good " , so have a positive attitude and just skate for the hellavit .

i concure, skateboarding was invinted for surfers to surf on land but now it is its own relm of love hate and broken bones and the day that it turned into this race to get money and veered away from just being fun was a sad day indeed
