I dont like the little kids who just sit at the benches of the skatepark and call you a ***** if you dont do a 540 front foot impossible down a 9-set ending in Primo stance then switching out to a nose manuel .
Ok , maybe i exagerrated a lil' .

uhh that has never happened to me in my life, but if you look like you are mature then it shouldn't happen.

They can be quite good though. I recently started skating with this little kid, who's atleast decent, but when I'm hanging out with him, (not skating) I kind of forget that he's a little kid and he starts playing Pokemon and all that stuff.
LoL.
There is also this little kid that goes to my church, and he asked me if I can Pop shuvit into a Darkslide, lol. I will never EVER forget that. When I see him I always tease him and ask him that.

and like i said, that has never happened to me in my life, and if you actually look mature that shouldn't happen.

Yeah same here.
The only problem i have with them is when they get in the way all the time, and don't move. But that happens.

Man treat those children like what they want to be treated. They're human beings and don't know any better.

little kids on scooters.... >:|
That's what makes me nervous: the little kids on scooters. The ones I've seen aren't paying attention, and furthermore stand right on a prime spot where people either drop in, roll in, or launch from. Stacking into another skateboarder is tough enough, never mind some kid with a scooter whose handlebars could impale someone if they fell on it.
I had an incident with a roller blader, too. He crossed into me, I slammed and hit my head. I don't hate on little kids, but I don't like skating when they're around in large numbers. I go the park at 7:00 AM on Saturdays, and there's a couple of newbies there. I encourage those kids to skate, and appreciate that they have the desire to get out there early before it gets too crowded so they can learn...
Like previously stated, we were all beginners at some time...

We have a really dope skatepark, pretty much the main one that everyone uses. Theres always about ten little kids ranging from sick 12-year olds to like 5 and 6 year olds who like kneel on the board and push out with their feet its neat. A couple of my buds have hit little kids before because they came in the way out of nowhere, one of the guys spazed on the kid and the other apologized. Both situations the kid cried but the time where the guy spazed at him the kid came up later when we were sitting and started ramming his board into the guys ankle, it was really funny. But, if they're in your way when you're about to skate something, just ollie over them.

Yeah they are hell annoying when they get in the way.
I was at my local park the other day (It's extremely small) and it's across the road from a primary school. So, as expected, when school finished we got a rush of kids on scooters and bikes.
So anyway, there is these two kids on bikes just riding around in circles around the whole park, basically making it unusable for anyone else.
So I wait for an opening, and go up the ramp to do a feeble stall. I'm on the coping waiting to drop back in and when I see the biker ride away then I drop in.
So as I'm dropping in he suddenly changes direction and heads towards me.
So we crash and he lands hard on both knees, gets up and starts crying.
This makes me feel bad, for something that was his fault, and this kid just gets up afterwards and continues to circle the park, wrecking everyone elses time.
Plus afterwards I wanted to try and noseslided the ledge and I asked these two kids who were sitting on it to move and they would not budge, no matter how politely I asked.
I know we are all beginners but they can be very annoying.

Yeah, I've seen kids like this. Some actually ride mountain bikes around, some are actually good, and can cruise the park but... it's just not the place to do it.
And GOD do they get in the way.
But back to skaters, generally it's not the lil' skaters who ask for us to do tricks, it's annoying little kids who don't know what the hell theyre on about and have played THPS when they were younger and try to look cool.
It's kinda funny when they ask you to do a trick you CAN do though. They do NOT expect it.
But I havn't skated in a while, infact quite honestly I only just learn't to drop in again.

i go to the park so much and theres always little kids there. you cant really get mad at them most of the time because they dont know any better. i end up giving lessons on saturdays sometimes at the park and they are all fine jus they may get in your way or whatever.

This is one of the reasons I don't really skate park that much anymore. There were so much little kids snaking you and some dumb-ass parents would sometimes bring their kids to the skatepark to play around in like it was a playground they can run like crazy in.

the other day i was skating a mini mini quarter pipe (yes i meant to put 2 mini's its like 1-2 ft high) and some kid just drops in on me and i was like fut the wuck (lol) so i left and came back and he did the same thing. it pissed me off. But what i really absolutely hate with a passion is the retarded parents that bring their kids to the skatepark to learn how to stand up and ride for like the first time ever. Find a sidewalk people there are plenty around. and i also hate the little kids with wal-mart boards that just go down the banks riding on their butts and just take their time getting in as many peoples way as they can. wow that kinda made me feel better. venting is good. :-1:
