the kick flip

I have trid every thing i have herd about the kick flip but i still can't do them. Sometimes i can't flip it and sometimes i can but i can never land them, i have once or twice but it was only with one foot.
please help me.

i have the same problem ive landed both kick and heel flips with one foot but not with both sometimes i can get the rotation and sometimes i can't its really hard huh?
