my forks

My forks are wicked loose. All the screws are tight and they still move what do you think is wrong? How can I fix them?

k if u no wat ur talkin about witch i asume u du so ur head tube is ware ur forks go throught and u ether need a new head set witch is the baerings and races for the head tube or u mite be able to titen ur baerings wat u du is the little circle on ur handle bars like were it conects to the forks loosen ur handle bars then tern the circle to the right and if the dosnt help go to the bike shop and tell them u need a new head set and if u have a giro i'd get a new on cuz thats wat i did and it worked so thats all i now about that...
