Im working on mine now and Ive finally started to get them down. What helps me to keep my feet over the board is keeping your shoulders in line with the board. And as for your feet it seems to help me to point them as shown:
\ /
Your back foot pointing slightly backwards and your front foot point slightly forwards. Pop hard , dont try to kick as fast as you can let it get some height first. Point your front foot toes straight down as you drag your foot up the board and once you reach the concave flick your ankle left and sort of backwards so that you dont push the board off infront of you.
Practice Alot. Im still just landing them standing still and ive practiced in my basement for 4+ hours several times improving just slightly every day.

once it starts flipping tuck your legs up to keep the board from hitting your feet. try couching as high as you can and put your feet down when it stops spinning.

just watch the board, and look for it when your landing. At first it may not land under you, so just just to wearever it goes and make sure to land on it. Its better to get in the habbit of landing on the board, even if its ubside down or something. (but not primo)

Here's what you do.
1. Try and learn them rolling, not standing still because there is no particular use for them while you're not riding.
2. Put your front foot right below the bolts and your back foot on the edge of the tail. Pop the board nice and easy and then slide your foot up and flick it as you're going up. Don't pop it too hard because then you'll spin it harder and probably give it an extra spin or something. You'll learn to get the height of them down when you learn how to do them correctly.
3. Try and look beneath you and land on the board no matter what. Experiment with jumping higher to make it flip more or other ideas. Whatever you do don't try and land on it with one foot, because that is a nasty habit to get into.
