Constructive Critism:

Pros: Nice editing. All the tricks were landed cleanly, editing was good and music was alright. Also, the opening scene was cool.

Cons: You really didn't need that 2 minute section of that dude walking around with the sign that said "I have a woody". If you do it, make sure people can see it, or if they can read it like that, get it on film where someone looks.

Besides the end, it was a pretty good vid. Sorry if I sounded harsh dude.

about the sign: that was the 2nd time we did it (1st time we filmed it though) and it didnt turn out nearly as funny as we thought it would. since a lot of people had already seen him the 1st time there werent many funny reactions, except he went to the barbershop and asked how much for a haircut and the price the guy told him was DOUBLE. we already have some ideas for skits in the next video that will be WAY funnier. also, if you want to see some funny stuff, go to http://www.stupid-show.com (some other guys from where i live) and go to media, unfortunately there bandwidth is up so the videos arent viewable until the end of the month :(
