lean forward, but not too much. you just need to expiriment to get it just right. it took chris maybe an hour to get it, and i still don't every time.

don't twist all the way around when you ollie onto the rail. keep your body sideways so you can see where you're going. just ollie and move your front foot over the rail, don't move the rest of your body much at all.

Just ollie on to it with your foot right in the middle and practice your balance on a double sided curb to start with when you want to land just move your legs the way you want to learn. Dont try and get to close to the object when you ollie onto it just kind eyeball where you think would be a good spot to ollie onto it

andys rail is really slippery, so you dont have to lean forward that much. u fell last time because you were leaning too foward.

Darn. I was praying that this post was going to be about Frontside boardslide on ledges, benches, etc..I wanted to help out. Oh well, maybe next time. Anyways, the advice given here sounds like it'll work fine. Throw some pads on (maybe) and just experiment with different positions, and sooner or later, you'll find one that works for you.

When i do these i always try to land with my feet flat. It seems to help me keep my balance. also try and alawys be looking over your shoulder so you can see when you get to the end of the rail. just practice it for a couple hours and you'll get it.

stand tall, it helps cause when u stand on ground you are in an upright position and when u have ur legs bent, u are leaning back, so stand tall.(unless ur going down stairs, then as i said 2 days ago, when everyone was on the same rail for fun and we all fell"MAN DOWN!!"

Ya. Ollie up and keep your body slightly forward. It helped me. If I leaned forward to much, I fell, If I leaned back, I just stopped sliding. Also, get lots of speed. Seemed to help me. Faster you go, the more control from what I have heard.
