primo slide

how do you skate and then jump onto your board in a primo-slide?
ive seen it done before but i cant do it. can anyone help me out?

I havent got a clue. ERRRRRR practise getting into primo standing still, then do it going along.

okay i lovee doing these... you gotta be going pretty fast, standing on the front and back bolts, apply a shit load of pressure on ur toes, and push ur toes down on the edge of the board, when the board starts to turn,jump up and stand on the wheels, and slide as far as u want, then apply pressure to ur heels and that makes the board go back to its normal position...HOORAY FOR YOU U JUST DID A PRIMO SLIDE!!!!

oh yeah and make sure you're trying these on a really slick surface. if you try it on regular pavement going fast, expect to roll or break your ankle and have a really bloody shoulder.

edit: hmmm, maybe it's a rusty slide if you do it like on a ledge or sumthin.

btw, does anyone know what its called if you bluntslide/nosebluntslide but you're not on a rail or ledge, you do like across a manual pad, or just on flat ground? what's that called?

its still called a bluntslide. btw, you say you cant wait for an enjoi video? what about the emerica vid coming out in february? now you just know that it'll be amazing. oh and if your looking for a good video to hold you over, check out the coliseum video. pj ladd's wonderful horrible life. sick skating, the best shop video out there, and they skate my highschool in it. haha.
oh yeah and to make this on topic, just put down some particle board on flatground, the really slick stuff, and primoslide that, so you don't have to ollie into it.

i find it easier to flip into the slides. because when you just kinda pop into them like Blindskater siad i find that my balence is WAY off but if they are easier for you that way thats cool. o and be sure to sax the ground or do it on something slippery or else you will just stick no matter how fast you are going.

yeah, i've seen PJ ladds, that video rules, especially "The King of Freestyle" that guy's sweet. i have the On Winter 2002 vid and that's got a preview for the Emerica vid, should be pretty sweet.

i have "dying to live" and i believe rodney mullen does a rusty slide since reemo slides involve doing a 180 sliding while in primo.
