does anyone know how to get rid of the soreness in your legs? most of the time when i get on my board my legs cant really stretch all the way and its kinda sore, what type of exercises can i do? and is there anything i can buy to protect my wrist from falling?

i guess you can stretch and such. usually u should ice it and let it rest , itll heal on its own. i dont get wat u mean with ure wrist falling, but maybe wrist guards?

There isn't really much you can do for your legs. Wait it out.

There are a few things you can do for sore muscles.
1.) Take contrast showers. Get in, and turn the water as hot as you can stand it for a few minutes, then turn off the hot water completely and let the cold water run all over you for 30 seconds to a 1 minute.
2.) Eat bananas. The extra potassium is good for sore muscles.
3.) Do a light warm-up before skating and then stretch as a cool-down after skating.
My left hip is sore from all my Ollie attemps (I'm goofy footed). Never thought I'd get sore skating.

no i meant you know how when you wake up your legs are kinda sore how do you get rid of that so you can skate better

ya i just kindof warm up, start with some easy tricks , then later my legs feel really good and i start to land some hard stuff

Do the things I posted and you will notice a decreased soreness in your legs.
