theyre legit.
i havent skated them so i dont know how they skate, but as far as comfort/style/etc, theyre nice. we have them in the shop.
ive heard they skate good. but if you care about durability, ive also heard they dont last too long. its different for everyone though. try them if you want.

Hmm.
Well i was looking for a non vulc shoe that is comfortable and lasts somewhat long. Any suggestions?

haha, well you didnt go very far. KSL2s may not be vulcanized, but theyve got "vulcanized styling" so its pretty close to the same thing.
non vulc........ hm. its been so long since ive skated something not vulcanized (or with vulcanized styling).
maybe try something from lakai. for some reason im feeling like saying nubuck mj3s. i usually stay away from nubuck, but i had nubuck mj3 highs and they skated good, and it felt like they werent going to fall apart.

Yeah ive heard good things from the mj-3, i loved my marianos.
I just don't like how i ride a vulc shoe, and when im done skating my feet feel like there gonna fall off. Maybe i should just use an extra insole.
Are the Rey's 3s much different from the Chiefs?, because ive had many pairs of chiefs.

chiefs are probably better.
and yeah, definitely switch the insole or add a different one when you skate vulcanized shoes.
for example, sole tech (emerica, es, etnies) vulcanized shoes have HORRIBLE insoles. all soletech shoes do, really. if you dont change them, they hurt a lot.
the best insoles ive ever had are the ones in vans tnt 2s. i put them in all my shoes and they help a lot. when i use them in my soletech shoes (so far ive had them in francises, leos, and reynolds 3s), it fixes the problem.
i also have a pretty high tolerance for pain as far as my feet go (and in general), so i probably dont feel it as much as most people. but still.
you could try deklines. they have amazing insoles. break them in for a week and youre set. my feet never hurt once in those, and they still have fine boardfeel, and they skate good too. a lot of their shoes look kinda funky, but thats okay. funky is good.
