I just recieved a pair, look nice but I haven't skated them yet. The downlows have a really low (allen key) kingpin and are also quite a low truck. I'll most probably be using mine with riser pads.
From what I've heard from mates, the downlows are great trucks. Available for £15 each if you look around.

I'm pretty sure downlows are low, IIIs are mid, and tall are high. I've only skated low trucks, because I hear they give more pop and they're better for street skating. I'm skating some Polka dot downlows right now and I'll be skating downlows for the rest of my life. And heard there's a bottle opener on krux trucks, I'm pretty sure it's the hole, but does anyone know how to use it? I looked like an ass when I spent 10 minutes trying to open a bottle of beer with my skateboard

Lol I don't think it is a bottle opener. I think it's something to do with turning the kingpin. Or... it's so that you can grind the metal all the way to the hole.

Krux III have the normal kingpin and i think are higher than the downlows. And the downlows have the low allen wrench kingpin so its out of the way for your grinds. Im riding downlows and ill prob ride them forever. I love them so much.
