Goat Meal

I just got a second skateboard and am going to sell my old one (or just give it to) my friend so we can start skating spots and stuff together.
Anyway, I got a blank House Special deck (8.25), with Indy 139 trucks, black blank wheels, Bone Reds bearings, and Jessup grip. I did a lot of research and made sure that I got Ramprage approved stuff.
So I'm putting it together and I notice that one wheel wobbles slightly more than the rest. Probably not noticable to anyone but me. I've skated this new board a few times and haven't noticed anything wrong. Is this wobbling being different from the others a big problem if at all? I reinserted the bearings and the wobbling stayed the same.
Also, the trucks, when I get off the board or don't land one of my ollies, I notice that the trucks make the board stay slightly leaned to the left. I read that trucks have a natural lean to them while riding, but is it normal for a board to stay leaning when the rider gets off? This is my biggest concern, because I thought I was getting nice trucks and don't want duds.
Anyway, thanks in advance.
